I have a question about my order, what should I do?
You can contact us by visiting our contact page. If you want to receive a quicker answer you can join our discord server and open a ticket. We will gladly help you with any questions relating to your order, shipping, returns and any other problems.
Where's my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to check the status of your delivery.
What's the estimated delivery time?
The brand try its best to ship your order in a reasonable delay, in the most of the time your order will be delivered within 4-5 weeks upon purchasing the product, the brand cycle batch ships orders every 3 weeks, pre-order excluded. For pre-orders join Enfinanti's discord server.
What's the available shipping methods?
For the US customers we will use USPS delivery. If you're from somewhere else then we will deliver your order with UPS or DHL.
What's your return/exchange policy?
The brand don't do returns, all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 60 minutes after completing your order to cancel it by sending us an email at this address: email@example.com
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We currently accept any type of credit/debit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal and ShopPay.
The item I wanted to order is sold out, will you be getting more stock?
Restocks for the brand items is in the talk, but as of now is not available to do yet. All drops are limited and some products will be restoked with a new colorway of course, in the future.
