I have a question about my order, what should I do?

You can contact us by visiting our contact page. If you want to receive a quicker answer you can join our Discord server and open a ticket. We will gladly help you with any questions relating to your order, shipping, returns and any other problems.

Where's my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

What's the estimated delivery time?

We try our best to ship your order in a reasonable delay, in the most of the time your order will be delivered within 2 weeks.

What's the available shipping methods?

For the US customers we will use USPS delivery. If you're from somewhere else then we will deliver your order with UPS or DHL.

What's your return/exchange policy?

We want to make sure returns are as easy as possible to do. If you want to learn more about our return/exchange policy just take a look at this page.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 60 minutes after completing your order to cancel it by sending us an email at this address: enfinanti@gmail.com

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We currently accept any type of credit/debit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal and ShopPay.

The item I wanted to order is sold out, will you be getting more stock?

We don't plan any restock for our items unfortunately. All drops are limited and will not be restocked.

Can I get more information about a product?

We will surely answer your questions by mail or through our Discord server for a quicker answer.
